This role involves managing ticketing operations for international events and travel, ensuring seamless booking processes for our clients while delivering outstanding customer service. **Key Responsibilities**: - 1. Handling International & Domestic Air reservations/ ticketing - 2. Attending queries, PNR creation & management, Itinerary pricing, fare quote, issuing - 3. Handling reservation & routing experience - 4. Automated tickets, and answering phone calls - 5. Update DSR on daily basis - 8. Should have knowledge of travel process of all corporates - 9.
