**Job Summary**:
Energetic Mumbai household seeks a talented Private Chef with proven expertise in continental, Chinese, and various other global cuisines. You will be responsible for crafting customized menus, sourcing quality ingredients (local to Mumbai), and preparing exceptional daily meals and for special occasions, maintaining a high standard of kitchen organization and hygiene.

**Responsibilities**:

- Plan and prepare diverse menus (continental, Chinese, and others) catering to preferences and dietary needs.
- Source fresh, high-quality ingredients from Mumbai markets and suppliers.
- Manage kitchen inventory and ensure efficient, hygienic operations.
- Accommodate dietary restrictions and allergies with culinary skill.
- Maintain flexible scheduling.
- Communicate effectively regarding menus and client needs.

**Qualifications**:

- Significant experience as a Private Chef with a strong multi-cuisine portfolio.
- Formal culinary training or equivalent, specializing in international cuisines.
- Deep knowledge of continental and Chinese cooking techniques, with proficiency in additional cuisines.
- Excellent knife skills and kitchen equipment operation.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Discretion and independence.
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene.

**Preferred**:

- Local Mumbai market sourcing experience.
- Food safety certification.
- Wine pairing knowledge.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹52,900.51 per month
