We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Telecaller to join our team.

As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, introducing our products or services, and generating leads through effective communication.

Build and maintain strong customer relationships by providing information and addressing any inquiries or concerns.

Achieve weekly and monthly targets for lead generation and sales conversion.

Document all communication with customers accurately and update the customer database.

Listen to customer feedback and convey insights to the sales and marketing teams.

Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth handover of leads and maintain a seamless customer experience.

Stay informed about our products, services, and industry trends to effectively communicate with customers.

Proven experience as a Telecaller or in a similar customer service/sales role.

Excellent verbal communication skills with a clear and confident speaking voice.

Ability to handle rejection positively and persistently pursue leads.

Goal-oriented mindset with a passion for achieving targets.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher, Internship

**Salary**: ₹5,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
