**Job Title**: Healthcare Recruiter - Fresher with BPO Experience

**Location**: Shastradhara IT Park, Dehradun
**Shift Timings**: EST (Eastern Standard Time)

**Job Type**: Full-Time, Permanent

**Role Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Recruitment and Sourcing**: Source healthcare professionals for various roles such as Nurses, Doctors, Medical Assistants, etc.
- **Documentation**: Prepare and manage job descriptions, offer letters, and other hiring documents.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Any graduate (preferably in healthcare or related fields).
- **Communication Skills**: Strong verbal and written communication in English.
- **Technology**: Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, etc.) and online recruitment platforms.
- **Work Ethic**: Proactive, organized, and results-oriented with the ability to meet deadlines.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience in a recruitment process, specifically in the healthcare or BPO sector, will be a plus.
- Knowledge of healthcare terminology or staffing needs.

**Shift Timings**:

- **EST Timings**: 7:30 pm IST-4:30 am IST
