- Identifying opportunities for new business development through following up on leads and conducting research on target clients.

- Work closely with the management and execute the Go-To-Market strategy.
- Build and develop commercial and strategic relationships with eco-system partners and influencers.
- Coordinate with the fellow team members for smooth execution of delivery.
- Achieve monthly and yearly targets through monetization of new and existing business development.
- Build long-term trusting relationships with clients.

**Required Skills: (Must have)**
- Experience: 0-3Yrs.
- Education: Any Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma or Equivalent.
- Hands on experience in Marketing or Fresher.
- Having a strong grasp on customer acquisition and retention.
- Go-getter attitude to pursue sales targets and leads.
- Perseverance, Hard-working and target-driven.
- Extrovert with good interpersonal skills to develop client relationships.
- Need to be a proactive self-starting individual with strong attention to detail and able to work autonomously without direct supervision.
- Willing to travel for pitching of proposal for lead development and closure.
- Critical thinker and good problem-solver.
- e Management & Negotiation skills and Good communication skills.
- Language Skills: English, Telugu, Hindi.
