**The Role**
- If you love exploring creative ideas, connecting dots, aesthetic visuals, brainstorming, sketching, you may be our next Illustrator
‍
As an Illustrator, you will strategise, communicate, negotiate, and drive illustration solutions for our products and marketing communications. You’ll collaborate with B2B + B2C Marketing, Product, People, and Sales teams to create delightful and impactful illustrations for our users. You’ll build an illustration system and transform them into usable designs by conducting frequent workshops. You'll be able to articulate your decisions & solutions verbally as well as through sketches, mockups and references.

**What we’re looking for**:

- Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience in illustration.
- Highly skilled with Vector Illustrations with Knowledge of different tools like Illustrator, Photoshop and Figma
- Knowledge of the difference between product illustration, editorial illustration, decorative icon illustration, and character design
- Ability to come up with a unique Illustration style, Create guidelines and an illustration system for organisation wide scaling
- Passionate about design and keep up with all of the latest design trends, case studies, and philosophies of what makes design great.
- If you are a good explainer of your design decisions, you are in ;)
- Loves to collaborate with the team to help grow and evolve design language.
- Must be self-motivated to prioritise and manage workload and meet critical project milestones and deadlines.
- Knowledge of 3d modelling and animation technique is a massive plus point

**What you’ll do**:
**Ownership**
- You are the Illustration owner of the organisation
- You will completely focus on building the right system and communication the organisation needs
- You will help the brand stand out in the market and plan how illustration will be a key player in doing so

**Design, Deliver, Design**
- You will play crucial part in deliveries of all illustrations to different teams
- You will work closely with Creative Designers and UI Designers

**Learn and Experiment**
- Like every designer, you have your zone to experiment with newer ideas in design
- Collaborate with other designers if you are stuck, take ideas, and ultimately you will be coming up with ground-breaking ideas for illustrations.

**Raise the Bar**
- You will set the bar high. You know what quality looks like and how to help teams ship at that quality with mínimal impact on velocity.

**Drive and improve the design process**
- Iterate upon and improve the processes to introduce the best practices within the team.
- Work closely and constructively with management, designers, and marketing team to iterate and deliver flawlessly.
- Advocate for your design solutions by putting them in the context of business, strategy, and user goals with the help of Sr Designers
