**About the Company**

Salubrious Technologies is a fast-moving technology startup that is focused on the healthcare sector. Salubrious has found a great product-market fit through its Online Chikitsa Mitra Partner Program wherein medicine stores in the remote areas of Uttar Pradesh are being transformed into clinics that are creating a market for digital health and specifically digital consultation in the remote regions. We are witnessing a strong demand for digital health services in remote regions and buoyed by our recent growth in demand, owing to the shift in our offering, we are looking to expand fast within Uttar Pradesh and then expand to other states as well. To achieve this we are looking to start tele-sales of our offering to medicine
- stores and to drive additional sales by motivating our new medicine store partners. Salubrious has been developing its telemedicine offerings since the last 4 years through the brand Online Chikitsa Mitra in the remote regions of Uttar Pradesh. It is now aiming to bring its deep knowledge of digital consultations to the national stage through its SaaS offering to take a major step towards its vision of making quality digital healthcare accessible to all. **Job Summary and Tasks**:
We are looking for a skilled and experienced **Telecaller **to start tele
- sales at Salubrious and to setup systems and processes for a team that would be added with progression and growth of the activity. In order to succeed in this role, the individual will have to firstly go through the process of identifying an effective approach for tele-sales in our business case, leveraging their in-depth knowledge of tele-sales, and then create a sales funnel. The role will then entail having to create a playbook around which a team can be developed.
- Interacting with new leads and cold-calling to generate leads (medicine stores) for the OCM Partner Program.
- Creating a sales funnel and maintaining sufficient numbers at each step for adequate conversions.
- Resolve queries related to sales during a pitch/presentation.
- Taking ownership of partners until they are fully integrated into our eco
- system.
- Develop guidelines and documents for others to follow and achieve repeatable results.
- Identifying content to aid in tele-sales and working with internal teams to develop the same.
- Identifying approaches to drive sales by reviewing webinars and discussing with sales/field team that are visiting the MSOs and discussion with leads.
- Discussing about the primary business of medicine sales of leads and understanding their expectations from joining the OCM Partner Program.

**Otherfunctions**:
Interacting with field team, customer relationship teams to identify downstream problems and to refine these during the pitch/presentation itself. Working with internal teams to generate marketing collaterals that can drive tele-sales.

**Knowledge**: Must be a graduate, MBA preferred

**Experience**: Tele-Sales 3+ years (must be willing to do the calling as well though)

**S**k**ills**:

- Must be good with MS-Office, Negotiation, Networking, Great in Oral and written communication

**Ability**: Ability to think on their feet (quick-thinking), Good at identifying peopleʼs thought process, Clarity in communication, Working in a team.

**Job Types**: Regular / Permanent, Full-time

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
