We are looking for a **creative Cinematographer** who can shoot, edit, and conceptualize dynamic videos and Instagram Reels that resonate with modern digital audiences.

**Role Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Video Production & Shooting**:

- Shoot influencer videos, brand films, product shoots, and Instagram Reels.
- Operate DSLR/mirrorless cameras, lighting setups, and audio equipment.
- Handle on-site production with proper framing, angles, and compositions.

**Video Editing & Post-Production**:

- Edit videos and reels using tools like **Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, or Final Cut Pro.**:

- Add transitions, effects, color grading, and sound design to enhance video quality.
- Ensure fast turnaround for social media content.

**Creative Direction**:

- Work closely with the content team to develop concepts, scripts, and visual storyboards.
- Experiment with trending video styles, effects, and formats on **Instagram and YouTube.**:

- Contribute ideas to enhance storytelling and audience engagement.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in **Film, Media, Communication, or related field.**:

- 1-3 years of experience in cinematography or video production.
- Proficiency in **Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or DaVinci Resolve.**:

- Knowledge of lighting, framing, and color grading techniques.
- Familiarity with shooting for **social media (Reels, Shorts, YouTube videos).**:

- Understanding of trending content styles and influencer-based video formats.
- Strong creative vision and attention to detail.
- Portfolio/showreel of previous work is **mandatory.**
