**Responsibilities**:

- Operate and manage video camera equipment to capture high-quality footage.
- Plan and set up video shoots, including lighting and sound setups.
- Collaborate with directors, producers, and other team members to execute creative visions.
- Edit and assemble footage to create polished, professional video content.
- Ensure all video projects meet quality standards and deadlines.
- Stay informed about the latest industry trends and technology advancements.

**Qualifications**:

- Proficiency in camera operation, lighting techniques, and sound recording.
- Strong skills in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro).
- Good understanding of visual composition and storytelling.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work collaboratively.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience with different types of video equipment and software.
- Creative and innovative approach to video production.
- Aerial photography experience is a plus.
