**Job Summary**:
Key Responsibilities:

- **Front Desk Management**:

- Greet and welcome visitors, students, and parents.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
- Handle inquiries and provide accurate information about the institution.
- Maintain a tidy and presentable reception area.
- **Administrative Duties**:

- Manage and maintain student records and files.
- Schedule appointments and meetings.
- Assist with the preparation of reports and documents.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
- Manage office supplies and place orders when necessary.
- **Academic Counselling**:

- Provide information and guidance on academic programs, courses, and career opportunities.
- Assist students in course selection and academic planning.
- Conduct one-on-one counseling sessions with students to understand their academic goals and provide appropriate advice.
- Organize and conduct orientation sessions for new students.
- Stay updated with the institution’s academic policies and procedures.
- **Communication and Coordination**:

- Liaise with academic departments to obtain accurate information on programs and courses.
- Coordinate with faculty and staff to facilitate student support services.

Qualifications and Skills:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Education, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
- **Experience**:

- Previous experience of 1 to 2 years in a similar role preferred.
- Experience in academic counseling or educational administration is also preferred.
- **Skills**:

- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with office management software.
- Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
