**Responsibilities**:
- **Guest Service**:
- Welcome residents with a warm and professional demeanor, ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process.
- Address resident inquiries and requests promptly, courteously, and efficiently.
- Process payments, manage resident accounts, and maintain accurate records.
- Provide information about service apartment amenities, policies, and procedures.
- Anticipate resident needs and proactively offer assistance.
- **Operations**:
- Manage reservations and maintain a clean and organized front desk area.
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance staff to ensure timely service requests are fulfilled.
- Monitor security cameras and report any suspicious activity.
- Maintain accurate logs and reports of daily operations.
- **Additional Responsibilities**:
- May handle light administrative tasks such as answering phones, filing documents, and processing mail.
- Promote resident satisfaction by fostering a positive and friendly atmosphere.
- Uphold company policies and maintain a safe and secure environment.
**Qualifications**:
- 1-2 years of experience in customer service or a related field.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize tasks, and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite and hospitality reservation systems.
- Positive and enthusiastic attitude with a dedication to providing exceptional service.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
