**Shift**: 9.30am - 6.30pm & sunday fixed off

**Roles & Responsibilities for Jewellers process**:
Contact potential clients from leads database or inbound inquiries.

Explain features, styles, pricing, and authenticity of jewelry products.

Stay updated on the latest jewelry trends (gold, diamond, platinum, bridal sets).

Understand product certifications (BIS Hallmark, IGI, GIA, etc.).

**Roles & Responsibilities for Matrimony process**:
Call registered members or leads from the matrimony platform.

Understand client requirements (religion, caste, profession, preferences).

Pitch premium plans, paid memberships, and additional services.

Guide users on benefits of upgrading and how to use the platform better

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
