**Must have experience needed in FMCG (SPICES AND RICE POWDER)**

**Requirements**:

- **Bachelor's degree** in Food Technology, Microbiology, Chemistry, or related field.
- 2-5 years of experience in a **QC role in an FMCG (spices, food powders, or similar) industry**.
- Familiarity with **GMP, HACCP, FSSAI**, and other food safety regulations.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Good communication and documentation abilities.
- Experience with lab equipment like **moisture meters, sieves, and microbial testing kits**.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct **quality checks** on raw materials, in-process items, and finished goods (spices, rice powder).
- Monitor **production processes** to ensure adherence to hygiene, GMP, and SOPs.
- Perform **routine sampling and lab testing** (moisture content, microbial load, adulteration, etc.).
- Maintain **quality documentation**, including batch records, inspection reports, and test results.
- Ensure compliance with **FSSAI, HACCP, ISO, and other relevant standards**.
- Assist in developing and updating **quality control procedures** and standards.
- Identify and report any **non-conformance** and coordinate corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Work closely with procurement, production, and packaging teams to address quality issues.
- Conduct **internal audits** and assist with external audits by regulatory authorities or clients.
- Calibrate and maintain **lab equipment and instruments**.
- Train production staff on **basic quality and food safety protocols**.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
