**Position**: SAP Testing/QA Trainee Associate

**Job Type**: Full-time
**Location**: Coimbatore. India.

**Education and Experience**:

- Any Bachelor's degree and experience
- **2 to 4 years of experience** in software testing, with hands-on experience in manual and/or automated testing.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and software testing lifecycle (STLC).
- Proficiency in creating and executing test plans, test cases, and scripts.
- Experience with test management tools (e.g., JIRA, TestRail, or similar).
- Familiarity with automation testing tools such as Selenium, TestNG, or similar is a plus.
- Knowledge of ERP systems like SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics is an added advantage.
- Very good communication skills as this requirement is for a US client

**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Design, document, and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
- Identify, document, and track software defects in collaboration with the development team.
- Conduct functional, regression, integration, performance, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business and functional requirements for testing.
- Participate in root cause analysis for defects and suggest process improvements.
- Support testing activities during ERP system implementations or upgrades.
- Use testing tools and frameworks to automate repetitive tasks, where applicable.
- Prepare and maintain testing documentation, including test summary reports and defect reports.
