Phenom People is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Scrum Master to join our team in Hyderabad, Telangana, India. As a Scrum Master, you will be responsible for leading and facilitating the agile development process for our OGD department. This is a full-time position that offers a competitive salary and benefits package.

**What You’ll Do**
- Facilitate the agile development process for the OGD department, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and other agile ceremonies
- Work closely with the product owner and development team to ensure the product backlog is properly prioritized and maintained
- Coach and mentor team members on agile principles and practices
- Identify and remove any impediments that may prevent the team from achieving their goals
- Monitor and report on team progress and velocity, and make adjustments as needed
- Collaborate with other Scrum Masters and teams to continuously improve agile processes and practices within the organization
- Act as a servant leader, promoting a culture of collaboration, transparency, and continuous improvement

**What You’ve Done**:

- 4+ years of experience in a Scrum Master role
- Proven experience with Agile methodology
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Knowledge of project management tools and techniques
- Knowledge of software development life cycle
- Knowledge of JIRA and Confluence is a plus

**Education and Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent certification
