**Job Title**: Customer Success Executive

**About the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned customers post-sales.
- Develop a deep understanding of customer needs and objectives.
- Onboard new clients and provide training or support to ensure a smooth transition.
- Monitor customer health metrics and proactively address any issues.
- Provide timely responses to client inquiries and resolve concerns effectively.
- Identify upsell or cross-sell opportunities and communicate them to the relevant teams.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and progress in CRM tools.
- Gather client feedback and contribute to continuous product/service improvement.
**Requirements**:
- Minimum of 1 year experience in customer success, account management, or a client-facing role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle multiple accounts and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Problem-solving mindset with a customer-first attitude.
- Must completed bachelor or post gradudation.
Pay: ₹320,000.14 per year
