**Job Summary**:
The Account Executive will be responsible for managing client accounts, building strong relationships, identifying growth opportunities, and ensuring successful project delivery. This role involves close collaboration with internal teams and a deep understanding of client goals to drive retention and revenue.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Record all accounting entries (sales, purchase, payments, receipts, journal entries) in Tally
- Maintain and reconcile day-to-day expenses and petty cash
- Generate and review invoices, vouchers, and bills
- Prepare bank reconciliations and track fund flows
- Manage accounts payable and receivable
- Prepare GST, TDS, and other statutory reports
- Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual closing activities
- Maintain proper documentation for audits and compliance
- Coordinate with internal teams and vendors for account-related matters

**Required Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance
- 1-3 years of experience in accounting with hands-on Tally ERP/Tally Prime usage
- Knowledge of Indian accounting standards, GST, and TDS
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Good organizational and time management skills

**Preferred Skills (mandatory)**:

- Experience with inventory management in Tally
- Exposure to payroll processing
- Familiarity with basic financial reporting

**To Apply**:
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
