Experience in Netapp storage, Rubrik backup and Veeam backup

Good understanding of Backup & Storage Technology

Worked on backup tools like Rubrik & Veeam (Administration & Configuration)

Good experience of NetApp Storage administration

Knowledge of SolarWinds monitoring tool & ITSM tools like ServiceNow. Familiar with Jira tool
- Monitoring and troubleshooting backup systems.
- Commissioning and decommissioning client from backup.
- Maintaining daily backup troubleshooting report and update with action taken.
- Knowledge of backup schedule.
- Restoring files/folders.
- Raising ticket in ticketing systems for any backup failures.
- Backup devices administration
- Coordinating with vendor for any hardware failure. Pulling logs from respective device and providing to vendor for review.
- Backup devices configuration.
- Awareness of compression and deduplication.
- Implementing procedures for configuration, layout, and performance tuning of backup infrastructure components.
- Storage arrays administration
- LUNs provisioning, Zoning.
- Implementing procedures for configuration, layout, and performance tuning of storage infrastructure components.
