- A Black Belt in Genpact is responsible for delivering tangible benefits and reducing costs by improving business processes, solving problems, and inspiring change within the organization. Black Belts ensure alignment of Quality initiatives with the company’s strategic initiatives and help implement a culture of continuous improvement through "leading by example" and facilitating the delivery of business impact/results._
- Responsibilities_
- _Work closely with Operation and Functional Teams to identify process monetizable opportunities, process bottlenecks to drive stabilization, conduct root cause analysis and implement process improvements across the business or organization;_
- _Initiating and leading projects that improve end-to-end processes; Setting, validating and auditing measurement systems to deliver business impact;_
- _Building Process Excellence culture in the team; Driving productivity and process improvement projects aligned with business initiatives;_
- _Supporting Transition teams in volume analysis, metric base lining and target setting for new processes;_
- _Driving Standardization and Global Best Practices within the organization;_
- _Conducting Quality Awareness Trainings within the organization;_
- _Coaching & Mentoring Green Belts and Project teams to fulfill certification requirements, quality, and process improvement objectives;_
- _Conceptualizing and completing Black Belt [BB] projects aimed at driving End-to-End business impact to processes;_
- _Fulfilling the requirements and Achieve BB Certification within 18-24 months;_
- _Drive project management to deliver Digital deployments_
- Qualifications we seek in you_
- Minimum qualifications_
- _Experience in Process Improvement Methodologies [Lean, Six Sigma and/or Processes Re-engineering, others] - Application & Execution;_
- _Green Belt certification; Analytics Skills_
- _Black Belt/ Lean/ any other Quality Certification would be a plus;_
- _Excellent Communication_
- Preferred qualifications_
- _Self-motivated with ability to work both independently and as part of a team;_
- _Organized person with attention to details, able to work simultaneously on different tasks;_
- _Excellent analytical skills;_
- _Excellent communication skills at all levels of Genpact and customer organizations;_
- _Excellent interpersonal, facilitation and presentation skills;_
- _Incredibly good problem-solving abilities and innovative approach upon;_
- _Particularly good change management abilities;_
- _Energetic personality with a positive, enthusiastic attitude;_
- _Ability to work and act independently._
- _Coaching skills - the individual should be able to be coaching and organizing less experienced or new team members_
