SAP Administrator

Key responsibilities- Conduct technical assessments, performance tuning, and troubleshooting to ensure the stability, scalability, and performance of SAP S/4 HANA systems- Provide guidance and support to project teams and end-users on technical aspects related to SAP S/4 HANA implementation, including data migration, system upgrades, and new feature adoption- Implement solutions with the focus on reduced complexity, cost efficiencies, reduced risk and/or improved business capabilities- Understanding the real issue trough clear communicating - verbally and in writing-
- Ensure adherence to the IT security policies

Key tasks-
- Proactive monitoring- Patch & release management- SAP User management, distribution, etc- On-call services - 24/7- Document solutions and workarounds to incidents- Understand the real issue trough clear communicating - verbally and in writing Required education, experience and job-related skills- University degree in information technology is preferable- Minimum of 3 years of experience with SAP S/4 HANA administration- Fluent in English - oral and writing- MS AZURE knowledge is essential- S/4 HANA, Fiori experience- Quality oriented with experience of working to quality standards and record keeping- Organised and capable of meeting deadlines- Flexible and adaptable attitude- Ability to work as part of a team as well as individually

Job Location: Mumbai, India (On-Site)

Shift Timing: (India Time) both 06:30 AM to 03:00 PM and 11:00 AM to 08:00 PM depending on the region assigned to you.
