**JOB LOCATION: SINNAR (सिन्नर, नाशिक)**
**NATURE OF WORK**:
- Sales Executives are not required to carry any grocery items or products physically.
**JOB PURPOSE**:
- As a Sales Executive for Urban Grocery Mart, your primary responsibility is to drive the sales of our Club Member products. You will play a key role in growing our market by identifying and engaging monthly grocery shopping customers. Your focus will be on creating opportunities, generating appointments, effectively pitching our products, overcoming objections, and ultimately closing lucrative deals.
**MANDATORY**:
**REQUIREMENTS**:
- Age: 25 to 30
- Qualification: Minimum Graduate or Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (in some cases, this may not be required).
- Gender Preference: Male/Female (preferred)
- Experience: 1 to 3 Years (Marketing/Sales)
- Target Segment: B2B, B2C
- Language: Marathi, Hindi, English.
- Proven experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role in SALES.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills with a track record of successful deals.
- Ability to work well in a team as well as independently.
**SHIFT DETAILS**:
A dynamic and collaborative work environment.
- Job Location: Sinnar (Nashik-MH)
- Full-Time (Fieldwork)
- Shift Timing: 10:00 am to 7:00 pm
- Working Days: 6 days/week.
- Weekly Off: Sunday.
- Reporting Structure: Manager
**SALARY**:
Competitive salary with an attractive commission structure.
- Annual CTC: ₹1,80,000 to ₹3,60,000
