1) Handling the complete Operations of Bulkers to the satisfaction of the customer.

2) Loading from client’s site to other place must be properly coordinated so that the vehicles are maximum utilised.

3) Tracking of bulkers - MIS,CN chalan preparation in the software,

4) Ensure detention is highlighted on the 2nd day of arrival at destination and coordinate for diversion/diversion approval is received on mail.

5) Daily CN entry of all the vehicles loaded for the day. All details in the CN must be correct (date/veh no/destination/qty). Do not make extra CN

6) Setting the correct amount of fuel and advance for the vehicles on time so that the vehicle is not delayed at the Pump. If there is diversion then the fuel must be given only.

7) Open and Close tripsheets by capturing all correct data as date of trip open and close, driver name, quantity of fuel and advance, correct mode of payment, all expenses incurred during the trip.

8) Ensuring all POD are received.

9) Coordinate daily with drivers for smooth operations, resolve any issues faced by them like unloading issues, loading issues, enroute issues etc.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
