**Job Summary**:
We are seeking an experienced and visionary **Principal** to lead our school in Samastipur, Bihar. The Principal will be responsible for academic leadership, administrative management, and fostering a positive learning environment for students and staff.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide strategic leadership and direction to the school.
- Develop, implement, and monitor academic programs and policies.
- Supervise and support teaching and non-teaching staff to ensure high performance.
- Maintain discipline, safety, and well-being of students and staff.
- Oversee admissions, curriculum planning, and co-curricular activities.
- Coordinate with parents, community, and education authorities.
- Manage school budget, resources, and infrastructure efficiently.
- Ensure compliance with educational regulations and standards.
