**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Creative Learning Environment**:

- Conduct engaging rhymes sessions, incorporating music, movement, and props to enhance learning.
- Plan and execute innovative activities that promote creativity, communication, and confidence among children.
- Use storytelling, role-playing, and puppetry to capture children’s imagination.
- **Curriculum Development and Implementation**:

- Design age-appropriate activities aligned with the kindergarten curriculum.
- Ensure activities foster key developmental areas like language, motor skills, and social interaction.
- **Child Engagement and Development**:

- Build a positive rapport with children to encourage active participation.
- Monitor and assess children’s progress, adapting teaching methods to suit their learning styles.
- Promote good habits, manners, and a love for learning through interactive sessions.
- **Parental Interaction**:

- Communicate with parents during PTMs and special events to share their child’s progress.
- Involve parents in key activities to build a strong school-home connection.
- **Event Participation**:

- Organize and participate in school events such as Annual Day, Children’s Day, and other cultural celebrations.
- Plan performances involving rhymes, music, and activities for kindergarten students.
- **Qualifications**: Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education, Performing Arts, or related fields. Montessori training is an added advantage.
- **Experience**: 1-3 years of experience in teaching kindergarten or organizing children’s activities.
- **Skills**:

- Strong command of rhymes, songs, and early childhood teaching techniques.
- Ability to handle children with patience, care, and enthusiasm.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Creativity and a flair for organizing interactive activities.
