Job Title: Soft Skills Trainer

Location: Bhopal

**Responsibilities**:

- Design and implement tailored soft skills training programs, focusing on areas such as communication, emotional intelligence, and leadership.
- Conduct assessments to identify training needs and evaluate participant progress.
- Provide engaging and interactive training sessions, incorporating a variety of teaching methods and resources.
- Offer constructive feedback and one-on-one coaching to support participant development.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in soft skills training, continuously refining training approaches.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop training materials and curricula aligned with client objectives.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Business, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
- 2 years of proven experience in designing and delivering effective soft skills training programs.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to adapt training methods to diverse learner needs and preferences.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
- Willingness to travel occasionally for client engagements.
