The following shall be the duties and responsibilities of the QA Officer
- Responsible for the training of the QMS, Internal Quality Audit, and cGMP.
- Processing and routing procedures within document management systems/ QMS, GMP.
- Coordinate internal and external audits to ensure documentation and process comply with standards and regulation.
- Coordinate certification (ISO 9001 + HACCP, ISO 22000, GMP, HALAL, KOSHER, Organic, FSCC 22000) and customer audit
- Assist with and/or administer the document control program (Review)
- Response to customer complaints and its completion of CAPA
- Administer and manage stability study
- Regular monitoring of quality activities
- Improvement in quality management system
- Coordinate with IPQA Team for Quality Compliance
- Review and verification of Quality compliances in BMR and product progress report
- Reporting to management about status of implemented systems.
