**Customer Support Representative (International Voice Process)**

**Overview**:We are seeking motivated individuals to join our Customer Support team in the International Voice Process. As a Customer Support Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our global customers, providing assistance and resolving inquiries through effective communication.

**Responsibilities**:
**Customer Interaction**:Handle inbound calls from international customers professionally and courteously.
Address customer inquiries, concerns, and provide accurate information about our products/services.

**Problem Resolution**:Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues effectively and efficiently.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely resolution of complex problems.

**Communication Skills**:Exhibit excellent verbal communication skills to engage customers and deliver exceptional service.
Maintain a positive and empathetic attitude while handling customer interactions.

**Product Knowledge**:Acquire and maintain a thorough understanding of our products/services.
Stay informed about product updates and changes to provide up-to-date information to customers.

**Documentation**:Accurately document customer interactions and details of inquiries in the customer support system.
Generate reports on common customer issues and feedback for continuous improvement.

**Quality Assurance**:Adhere to established quality standards and guidelines in customer interactions.
Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills.

**Requirements**:

- Excellent verbal communication skills in English (additional language proficiency is a plus).
- Prior experience in international voice-based customer support is preferred.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet.
- Empathy and patience in handling customer concerns.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software.
