Roles and Responsibilities

  • Provide outstanding customer service on international voice calls.
  • Quickly and professionally resolve customer queries.
  • Work collaboratively with team members for smooth client communication.
  • Keep accurate records with precise documentation.
  • Contribute to team and individual performance targets.
  • Manage voice, semi voice, and non-voice tasks.
  • Participate in training to stay informed on standards.
  • Effectively prioritize tasks to meet organizational goals.
