Job Description for International Voice Process:
Title: Customer Support Executive (International Voice)

**Responsibilities**:
Provide excellent customer service through phone interactions with international clients.

Address and resolve customer queries, concerns, and issues in a timely and professional manner.

Ensure accurate and detailed documentation of customer interactions in the system.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex customer issues.

Meet and exceed performance metrics, including call handling and resolution targets.

Stay informed about product/service updates to effectively assist customers.

Follow established processes and procedures while identifying opportunities for process improvements.

Adhere to quality standards and compliance requirements during customer interactions.

**Requirements**:
Excellent verbal communication skills in English.

Previous experience in international voice-based customer support is preferred.

Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changes.

Basic computer skills and familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) tools.

Flexibility to work in rotational shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Customer-centric approach with a focus on providing a positive customer experience.

High school diploma; additional education or certifications are a plus.

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
