**Job Title: Junior Architect**

We are currently seeking a creative and motivated Junior Architect to join our small but dedicated team in Kolkata, India. As a Junior Architect, you will have the opportunity to work closely with senior architects and designers on a wide range of projects, from concept development to construction documentation.

**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with senior architects and designers to develop design concepts and solutions.
- Assist in the preparation of architectural drawings, plans, and specifications.
- Conduct research on materials, building codes, and regulations relevant to projects.
- Participate in client meetings and presentations, providing input and support as needed.
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and vendors to ensure project requirements are met.
- Contribute to the development of design presentations and proposals.
- Assist in site visits and inspections during various stages of project development.
- Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and best practices.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Architecture from a reputable institution.
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Excellent design and visualization skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction methods in India.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines effectively.
- Previous internship or work experience in an architectural firm is preferred.
- A passion for design and a willingness to learn and grow in a collaborative environment.
