Studio Headed North is a dynamic architecture and design firm based in Kolkata, known for crafting innovative, functional, and aesthetically compelling spaces. We are looking for a **Junior Architect** to join our team and contribute to our growing portfolio of residential, commercial, and hospitality projects.

**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with senior architects and designers to develop design concepts and solutions.
- Assist in preparing architectural drawings, plans, and specifications & Contribute to developing design presentations and proposals.
- Research materials, building codes, and regulations relevant to projects.
- Participate in client meetings and presentations, providing input and support as needed.
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and vendors to ensure project requirements are met.
- Assist in site visits and inspections during various stages of project development.

**Requirements**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (B.Arch) from a recognized university.
- **Experience**: 1-2 years of work experience (freshers with strong portfolios are welcome).
- **Software Proficiency**: AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Lumion, Enscape, V-Ray, Photoshop, and Microsoft Office
- **Key Skills**: Strong communication and presentation skills, problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and working in a team environment.
- **Other Qualities**: Responsible, proactive, and willing to take initiative in projects.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
