We are seeking a highly motivated and professional Telecaller to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be a key point of contact between SELIN Club and its prospective members, stakeholders, and partners. Your primary responsibility will be to reach out to potential members, communicate the value and benefits of joining SELIN Club, and assist in organizing and promoting our various events and initiatives.

**Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to potential members and stakeholders to introduce SELIN Club, its mission, and activities.
- Provide detailed information about our events, workshops, and membership benefits.
- Handle incoming calls and inquiries with professionalism and courtesy.
- Maintain accurate records of calls and conversations in our CRM system.
- Follow up with leads and prospects to encourage membership sign-ups and event participation.
- Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to develop strategies for outreach and member engagement.
- Meet and exceed call targets and membership recruitment goals.
- Address and resolve any concerns or queries of potential members.
- Attend team meetings and training sessions to stay updated on the latest developments and strategies.

**Qualifications**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven experience in a telecalling, telemarketing, or customer service role.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- A background in education or experience in the education sector is a plus.
- Fluency in English; additional language skills are an advantage.
- Minimum education: High school diploma; further education or certifications in communication or marketing are preferred.
