**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Program Management**: Oversee the day-to-day operations of skill development programs, ensuring that all processes comply with guidelines and objectives.
- **Stakeholder Coordination**: Serve as the key point of contact between the company, government agencies, training partners, and beneficiaries involved in programs like PMKK, PMKVY, DDUGY, and RPL.
- **Data Management & Reporting**: Maintain accurate records related to training, certifications, and beneficiary enrollments. Prepare regular reports on the progress and impact of the skill development initiatives.
- **Compliance & Documentation**: Ensure that all skill development programs adhere to government regulations, quality standards, and policies. Handle the documentation and reporting required for audits and monitoring.
- **Training and Development**: Assist in organizing training sessions, workshops, and awareness programs. Coordinate with training partners to ensure the programs meet the required standards.
- **Representing the Company**: Represent the company at meetings, forums, and public events related to skill development programs. Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including government officials, training institutions, and local communities.
- **Problem Solving**: Address operational challenges, resolve issues, and ensure smooth execution of skill development initiatives.
**Skills & Qualifications**:
- **Educational Background**: Bachelor's degree in any field (preferably in Management, Social Work, or related areas).
- **Experience**:
- 2-6 years of experience in operations management, preferably within skill development programs like PMKK, PMKVY, DDUGY, or similar initiatives.
- Experience working with government schemes and understanding their operational frameworks.
- **Knowledge**:
- Strong understanding of government skill development programs and their requirements.
- Familiarity with program compliance, documentation, and reporting standards.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with internal teams, stakeholders, and external partners.
- **Coordination & Teamwork**: Ability to collaborate with different teams, training partners, and external entities to drive project success.
- **Attention to Detail**: Strong focus on ensuring accurate documentation and adherence to standards.
- **Time Management**: Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
