**Roles and Responsibilities**:
- Make high-volume outbound calls to potential clients in the US market to generate interest.
- Qualify leads and schedule meetings/demos for the sales team.
- Present the company’s value proposition clearly and persuasively.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and follow-ups in the CRM.
- Meet or exceed weekly/monthly targets for calls and conversions.
- Follow up to nurture leads and move them through the sales funnel.
- Share market insights and feedback with the sales and marketing teams.
- Work in the US shift to align with target market hours.
**Education, Training, Skills and Experience Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (preferred but not mandatory).
- 2+ years of experience in cold calling, tele-sales, or lead generation, preferably for the US market.
- Strong communication and persuasion skills with a confident phone presence.
- Proven ability to handle high call volumes and achieve sales targets.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and basic sales processes.
- Self-motivated, resilient, and able to handle rejection positively.
- Flexibility to work during US business hours.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Up to ₹800,000.00 per year
