**The Role**:
We’re urgently seeking a Graphic Designer who’s not just about the pixels but can help us craft experiences. You’ll define and execute the visual voice of Bharat Yoga Vidya Kendra, designing everything from social media posts to digital campaigns. Working closely with our marketing and content teams, your designs will reflect the values of tradition, authenticity, and community that we hold dear.

**This is not just about making things look good; it’s about making them resonate.**

**What You’ll Do**:

- **Design Excellence**: Execute polished designs in Photoshop and Canva, with a focus on maintaining brand consistency and elevating the visual experience. Stay attuned to emerging trends, ensuring our creative consistently engages and excites.
- **Brand Guardianship**: Help us maintain a cohesive and authentic visual identity across all platforms. Collaborate with content and marketing teams to bring ideas to life in a way that aligns with our ethos.
- **Project Management**: Manage multiple design projects with fast turnarounds, ensuring all deliverables keep on brand, on time, and consistently high-quality.

**Who You Are**:

- Design Obsessed**: You live and breathe design, with a portfolio that shows your talent across multiple mediums—especially digital. You’re as comfortable in Photoshop and Canva as you are in creative brainstorming sessions.
**- Adaptable**: You can pivot quickly between projects, manage your time like a pro, and keep things cool under pressure.
**- Collaborative Spirit**: You thrive in a team setting, can take feedback constructively, and aren’t afraid to share your own creative ideas.
**- Yoga Enthusiast** : A passion for yoga and spirituality is a bonus. If you’ve got a genuine understanding of the philosophy and practice, it’ll reflect in the authenticity of your designs.

**Qualifications**:

- 2+ years of experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably in wellness, lifestyle, or similar fields.
- Proficiency in Photoshop and Canva.
- Strong knowledge of design & social media trends and an eye for what engages audiences.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to meet deadlines.
