Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation: Utilize various channels and strategies to generate hot leads within the real estate sector.
Sales Funnel Management: Update and maintain the sales funnel with accurate and up-to-date information on leads and prospects.
Reporting: Provide daily reports to the Business Development Executive (BDE) regarding lead generation activities, including the number of calls made and leads generated.
Collaboration: Work closely with the BDE to ensure alignment with sales objectives and strategies.
Data Tracking: Monitor and track the effectiveness of lead generation efforts, analyzing data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Communication: Communicate effectively with internal teams to share insights, progress, and challenges related to lead generation efforts.
Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to inform lead generation strategies.
Qualifications and Skills:
Proven experience in lead generation, preferably within the real estate sector.
Strong understanding of sales processes and funnel management.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
