**Job Title**: Phlebotomist Lab Technician

**Location**: Wakad, Tathawade

**Job Type**: Full-time

**Experience**: 1+ year (preferred)

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Perform venipuncture and collect blood samples from patients.
- Label and handle specimens with accuracy and care.
- Transport samples to the laboratory as per protocol.
- Follow SOPs and quality control procedures at all times.
- Interact professionally and empathetically with patients.
- Maintain patient confidentiality and data integrity.
- Assist in basic lab functions as needed.
- Work in coordination with lab staff and field collection teams.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Minimum 10+2 education with a **Phlebotomy certification** or DMLT preferred.
- Minimum 1 year of phlebotomy or sample collection experience.
- **Valid two-wheeler license** and access to a bike (mandatory).
- **Proficient in Marathi, Hindi**, and **basic English** communication.
- Good interpersonal skills with a patient-friendly approach.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to flexible shifts.
- Familiarity with maintaining hygiene and safety protocols.

**Additional Requirements**:

- Strong attention to detail.
- Punctual, responsible, and self-motivated.
- Willingness to travel locally for sample collection if required.

Pay: ₹9,420.95 - ₹20,369.70 per month
