**Job Title**: Lab Technician
**Location**: Pune

**Job Summary**

We are seeking a skilled and responsible **Lab Technician** with experience in clinical diagnostics and biomedical equipment handling.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Collect and label blood, urine, or other bodily fluid samples from patients.
- Operate, demonstrate, clean, and maintain the centre established in office
- Prepare reagents, slides, cultures, and solutions for experiments or diagnostics.
- Maintain laboratory logs, records, and reports with accuracy and confidentiality.
- Adhere to lab safety protocols, waste disposal procedures, and infection control standards.
- Ensure timely reporting and communication of results to concerned departments or physicians.
- Support troubleshooting and minor repairs of biomedical instruments in coordination with engineers.
- Calibrate and troubleshoot equipment regularly to ensure accurate results.
- Assist in inventory management of devices and ordering of lab supplies when needed.
- Giving demonstration about the centre to visitors in office. Travel with device kit anywhere in India and International for demonstration purpose.

**Qualifications**
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Medical Laboratory Technology (DMLT / BMLT) or equivalent.
- Proven experience as a lab technician or in a similar role (0-3 years preferred).
- Familiarity with automated lab equipment and information systems.
- Strong understanding of laboratory best practices and safety protocols.
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Good communication and documentation skills.

**Preferred Attributes**
- Immediate joiners currently residing in Pune will be given preference.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts or weekends if required.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and in a team.

Pay: ₹240,000.00 - ₹360,000.00 per year
