Job Description:
**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement comprehensive training programs for teachers, including orientation sessions, professional development workshops, and ongoing coaching and support.
- Evaluate the performance of teachers through classroom observations, student feedback, and other assessment tools, and provide constructive feedback and support for improvement.
- Collaborate with other departments to align training programs with organizational goals and objectives.
- Lead and inspire a team of educators, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Stay informed about current trends and best practices in education and incorporate them into training programs as appropriate.
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the teaching staff, including scheduling, staffing, and performance management.
- Serve as a resource and mentor for teachers, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Handle any issues or conflicts that may arise among the teaching staff, working to resolve them in a timely and effective manner.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to teacher training and performance evaluations.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in education or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
