
Banquet Sales Co Ordinator

**Primary Responsibilities**:
- **Sales & Client Relations**:
- Respond to event inquiries and provide detailed information about packages, menus, pricing, and availability.
- Meet with clients to understand their event requirements and suggest suitable options.
- Convert inquiries into confirmed bookings through persuasive sales techniques.
- Maintain good relationships with existing clients for repeat business.
- **Event Coordination**:
- Coordinate with internal departments (kitchen, service staff, housekeeping, etc.) to ensure smooth event execution.
- Assist in developing event timelines and function sheets (Banquet Event Orders - BEOs).
- Oversee setup and logistics prior to and during the event as needed.
- **Administrative Duties**:
- Prepare contracts, invoices, proposals, and booking confirmations.
- Maintain event calendars and update records in event management systems.
- Handle payments and follow up on outstanding dues.
- **Marketing Support**:
- Assist with promotions and marketing campaigns to attract event bookings.
- Attend trade shows or expos to represent the banquet facility.
