ob Summary: The Tender Executive is responsible for managing the entire tendering process, from identifying opportunities to the final submission of the proposal. This involves working closely with the sales, marketing, and operations teams to develop a comprehensive understanding of the customer's requirements and to ensure that the company's bid is fully compliant with the tender documents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify tender opportunities that are relevant to the company's products and services
- Analyze tender documents and develop a thorough understanding of the customer's requirements
- Coordinate with the sales, marketing, and operations teams to develop a competitive and compliant bid
- Manage the preparation of the bid, including drafting of technical and commercial proposals, pricing, and other related documents
- Ensure that all tender submissions are completed on time and meet the required quality standards
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and partners
- Participate in negotiations and clarify any queries that may arise during the tendering process
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify potential risks and opportunities
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any other related field
- Proven experience in tendering, preferably in the construction, engineering, or related industry
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines
**Salary**: ₹180,000.00 - ₹240,000.00 per year
