**About the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Deliver **live online classes** during evening hours (IST or as scheduled).
- Teach core and advanced UI/UX topics, including:

- Design thinking & user research
- Wireframes, prototypes, and mockups
- Visual design & responsive UI principles
- **Usability testing** (remote testing, A/B, user analytics)
- **Animation using LottieFiles**:

- **AI in UX** (e.g., generative tools, AI-assisted prototyping, user behavior prediction)
- Provide hands-on training using tools like **Figma**, **Adobe XD**, and **LottieFiles**.
- Review and give feedback on learner projects and portfolios.
- Support learners via online Q&A sessions, chat, or discussion forums.
- Help improve or build new course content if needed.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum **2+ years** of experience in UI/UX design.
- Proficient in **Figma**, with exposure to Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar tools.
- Working knowledge of **LottieFiles** for UI animation.
- Familiar with **AI tools** in design (e.g., Uizard, ChatGPT, Midjourney, or similar).
- Understanding of usability testing tools and methods.
- Strong verbal communication and teaching ability.
- Comfortable delivering training on **Zoom, Google Meet**, or any LMS platform.
- Availability during **evening hours** (e.g., 6 :30 PM - 10 PM IST or flexible window).
