**Responsibilities**:
Following are the day-to-day work activities:

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define performance testing objectives, requirements, and success criteria.
- Develop performance testing strategies, methodologies, and test plans based on project requirements and technical specifications.
- Design and implement performance test scenarios, scripts, and simulations to simulate realistic user loads and stress conditions.
- Configure and maintain performance testing environments, tools, and infrastructure to support testing activities.
- Execute performance tests using industry-standard performance testing tools and frameworks.
- Monitor and analyze system performance metrics, such as response times, throughput, resource utilization, and error rates, to identify performance bottlenecks and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with development teams to identify and implement performance optimizations and enhancements.
- Document performance testing results, findings, and recommendations in clear and concise reports.
- Communicate performance testing progress, status, and issues to project stakeholders, including project managers, developers, and business leaders.
- Coordinate with offshore testing teams if applicable, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Continuously improve testing processes and strategies to enhance overall quality and efficiency.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Strong understanding of performance testing principles, methodologies, and best practices.
- Hands-on experience with performance testing tools such as JMeter, LoadRunner, Gatling, or similar.
- Proficiency in scripting and programming languages such as JavaScript, Python, or Java for test automation and performance test scripting.
- Experience with performance monitoring and profiling tools such as New Relic, AppDynamics, or similar.
- Strong understanding of P&C insurance, including both Personal Lines and Commercial Lines.
- Proficiency in Agile methodologies and experience working in Agile environments.
- Solid knowledge of test management tools such as HP ALM, Jira, ADO, Rally or similar.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with a keen diligence.
- Relevant certifications such as ISTQB, CPTP, CLRP or Agile certifications are desirable.
- Experience working in Agile environment following Onsite Offshore mode.
