Location: Surat

Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
Packaging Operations:
1. Maintain and manage packaging stock, including boxes, bags, labels, and other materials.

2. Ensure adequate packaging supplies to meet production demands.

3. Coordinate with suppliers for timely delivery of packaging materials.

4. Oversee packaging of online orders, ensuring accurate and timely fulfillment.

5. Develop and implement efficient packaging processes to reduce costs and improve quality.

Display and Visual Merchandising:
1. Maintain attractive and well-organized display areas, including store displays and window displays.

2. Ensure display items are properly tagged and priced.

3. Rotate display items regularly to keep displays fresh and engaging.

Inventory Management:
1. Manage inventory levels of packaging materials and display items.

2. Conduct regular stock checks to ensure accuracy.

3. Report any discrepancies or issues to management.

International Order Processing:
1. Process international orders, ensuring compliance with regulations and customs requirements.

2. Coordinate with shipping carriers to ensure timely delivery.

3. Provide tracking information to customers.

Training and Development:
1. Receive training on international order processing and logistics.

2. Develop expertise in packaging, logistics, and inventory management.

Administrative Tasks:
1. Maintain accurate records of packaging stock, inventory, and shipping.

2. Prepare reports on packaging costs, inventory levels, and shipping performance.

3. Assist with customer service inquiries related to packaging and shipping.

Performance Metrics:
1. Packaging stock levels

2. Order fulfillment rate

3. Shipping accuracy

4. Customer satisfaction ratings

5. Inventory turnover

**Requirements**:
1. 1-2 years of experience in packaging, logistics, or inventory management.

2. High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in Supply Chain Management or related field preferred.

3. Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

4. Ability to lift up to 25 kg (55 lbs).

5. Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.

Working Hours:
9-10 Hours

**Benefits**:
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
