- Your responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Accountability for leading global IT management of TOQIT operations systems in Novartis Business Services TOQ IT organization.
- Coordinating the activities of multiple functional stakeholders (NTO Global Manufacturing Functions, Site IT, Site Automation), navigating complex organizational relationships and delivering operational excellence.
- Good working knowledge on MES Werum specific tool in Pharma domain
- Ensure that an up-to-date asset inventory is maintained and only authorized components are used; coordinate configuration management database changes and/or ensure that configuration items are identified, accounted, reported, verified and audited.
- Ensure adherence to documented operational procedures

**Minimum requirements**
- 12 Years of total experience with minimum of 3-5 Years in Pharma domain
- This role as TOQ Service Operations team lead requires strong communication skills along with good stakeholder management.
- Should be an effective team builder and motivator.
- Requires good working experience in Pharma Manufacturing background within Pas-x systems
- Manage and support critical Manufacturing production operations space(ITIL)
