**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Customer Service**: Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner, addressing their needs and inquiries.
- **Sales Support**: Assist customers with product selection, provide information on products, and upsell when appropriate.
- **Inventory Management**: Assist in receiving, stocking, and organizing merchandise, ensuring that shelves are well-stocked and displays are visually appealing.
- **Point of Sale (POS) Operations**: Handle cash transactions, process payments, and maintain accurate records of sales.
- **Store Maintenance**: Ensure the store is clean, organized, and presentable at all times, including tidying up shelves, counters, and fitting rooms.
- **Product Knowledge**: Stay informed about new products, promotions, and store policies to provide accurate information to customers.
- **Stock Replenishment**: Monitor inventory levels and restock shelves as needed, ensuring all products are labeled correctly.
- **Loss Prevention**: Be vigilant and proactive in preventing theft and ensuring the security of store merchandise.
- **Team Collaboration**: Work closely with other store staff to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive store environment.
- **Other Duties**: Perform other tasks as assigned by the Store Manager.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: High school diploma or equivalent required.
- **Experience**: Previous experience in retail, customer service, or a related field is preferred.
- **Skills**:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic math skills for handling cash and POS operations
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and handle a fast-paced environment
- **Physical Requirements**: Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 25 pounds, and perform tasks that require repetitive motion.
