Telecaller

**Outbound Calling**: Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided leads to promote products, services, or offers.
- **Inbound Calling**: Answer inbound calls from customers, address their queries, and provide information about products/services.
- **Lead Generation**: Generate leads by identifying potential customers through calls and maintaining accurate records of customer interactions.
- **Sales & Promotions**: Sell products or services to customers by clearly communicating benefits, answering questions, and closing deals.
- **Customer Assistance**: Handle customer complaints, provide product or service information, and follow up with customers as needed.
- **Data Entry**: Record customer interactions and sales transactions in the CRM system and ensure accurate data management.
- **Follow-Up**: Follow up on previous calls, sales leads, or inquiries to maintain customer engagement.
- **Meeting Targets**: Achieve sales targets, key performance indicators (KPIs), and call quotas to contribute to team success.
- **Feedback Collection**: Collect customer feedback and insights to help improve product offerings and customer service.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
