Job Description: Real Estate Telecaller Location Gurugram
- Engage with potential clients over the phone to introduce real estate projects and services.
- Understand customer requirements and provide insights on suitable properties and offerings.
- Maintain strong client relations by ensuring timely follow-ups and excellent customer service.
- Coordinate with the sales team to facilitate a smooth handover of qualified leads.
- Keep accurate records of client interactions, inquiries, and feedback in the CRM system.
- Participate in team meetings to discuss sales goals and strategies for achieving them.
- Report daily, weekly, and monthly performance metrics to management.
- Stay updated with industry trends to effectively communicate with clients and propose competitive solutions.
- Manage appointment schedules and coordinate property viewings for prospective clients.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to continuously improve customer satisfaction levels and sales efficiency.
Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Telecaller, especially within the real estate sector.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Excel for data organization and reporting.
- Strong ability to manage and engage with a high volume of calls effectively.
- Comfortable working with targets and KPIs in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to build rapport with customers quickly and efficiently.
- Good organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Possession of a positive attitude and the ability to handle customer objections gracefully.
- Fluent in English, with proficiency in other local languages being advantageous.
Key Responsibilities:
- Effectively communicate via telephone to promote real estate services and maximize lead conversion.
- Utilize communication skills to persuade potential clients and handle queries efficiently.
- Ensure consistent customer interactions that align with company standards for service quality.
- Analyze customer needs and provide tailored solutions to increase engagement and closure rates.
- Schedule appointments and coordinate with property representatives to assist in client familiarization.
- Input and update accurate client information into the company's CRM system.
- Participate in training sessions and keep updated with new telecalling techniques and market trends.
- Network with industry contacts to gather insights and proactively identify business opportunities.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries to uphold the company's reputation for reliability and responsiveness.
