Lead and supervise a team of tele sales executives to meet and exceed sales goals.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies and scripts.
- Assign daily tasks, track team performance, and provide regular feedback.
- Train, coach, and mentor team members to improve their communication and sales skills.
- Handle escalated client queries and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize lead generation and conversion strategies.
- Prepare and analyze daily/weekly/monthly sales reports.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain accurate client records.

**Requirements**:

- **Minimum Experience**: 2 years in tele sales or telemarketing, preferably in the real estate sector.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle pressure and lead by example in a target-driven environment.
- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office tools.
- Knowledge of the local real estate market is an advantage.
