Reservation Executive

**Responsibilities**:
- Process bookings, cancellations, and modifications efficiently.
- Maintain accurate records of reservations, payments, and guest details.
- Coordinate with hotel teams to ensure seamless check-ins and guest experiences.
- Provide detailed information on room availability, pricing, and special offers.
- Assist in resolving customer queries and concerns professionally.
- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to optimize room occupancy.
- Maintain a high level of customer service and hospitality standards.
**Qualifications & Skills**:
- Graduate in any discipline (Hospitality or Tourism Management preferred).
- 0-6 months of experience in reservations, hospitality, or customer service.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (Bengali is a plus).
- Proficiency in MS Office and MS Excel hotel reservation software.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
